Executive decisions; NorCal/NCRFU liaison; liaison between coaching staff and executive committee; scheduling overview; coordination of executive & committee member activities; recruiting; maintaining website content; statistician; team communications.

Chief Marketing Officer - William McCormick
 
summer social schedule, coordinate sponsorship/fundraising committee, list-serve maintenance and monitoring; recruiting and retention.

Treasurer - Steve Olson 
Responsible for team budget & finances; dues; insurance

Operations - Tim Maher
Day to day logistics: USA Rugby/CIPP cards: liability waivers; playoff documentation;  special projects; Maintain first aid kit; Jersey auditor/designate weekly wash duty; training equipment czar


Fields and Equipment - Rod Heisler

Oversee team equipment. Coordinate getting it to training and matches; direct team members for field setup/breakdown; NCRFU safety protocol compliance.

Match Secretary - Box Car Rugger 
Scheduling matches; coordinating match/post-match details with opponents and referees; coordinate BRFC availability & directions to matches; control BRFC server.
