Day to day logistics: USA Rugby/CIPP cards: liability waivers; playoff documentation; list-serve maintenance and monitoring; special projects.
Fields and Equipment - Rod Heisler
Oversee team equipment. Coordinate getting it to training and matches; direct team members for field setup/breakdown; NCRFU safety protocol compliance.

Assistant to President; one-off projects; branding of club; sponsorship and fundraising; recruiting and retention.

Scheduling matches; coordinating match/post-match details with opponents and referees; coordinate BRFC availability & directions to matches; control BRFC server.
