 Sponsorship 
Based on the coverage that Berkeley RFC can provide, we can accept various levels of sponsorship. The sponsorship funds will be used to purchase game and practice equipment such as jerseys, balls, goal post pads and practice pads, and for field rentals and referee's dues.

Sponsors also help off set the costs of team travel to tournaments making travel more affordable to the entire team, allowing us to carry a stronger side and continue to compete at a high level.

We can have your company's logo and name stitched or screen printed onto our game and social jerseys, kit bags, tracksuits and caps. A team banner with logo can be hung at all events that we attend as a team.

Internet and word of mouth advertising will also be done. We have a professional-standard web site which averages 1200 unique hits per month and a mailing list with names and addresses of over 150 active, and former rugby players. We often draw 100-200 spectators to our home games.
To Our Sponsors: 
Berkeley RFC are one of the premiere rugby clubs in the Bay Area and can offer many opportunities for advertising , from jerseys and t-shirts, to access to an extensive network of many associated schools, alumni, clubs and teams.

The Berkeley RFC have been competing at a high level and would like to continue to grow as a club. Sponsorship will allow us to travel, purchase equipment and continue to attract players and social supporters. The Bears have an opportunity to compete on a national level every season.

The Berkeley RFC also have arrangements with two local pubs, giving the Bears a stable home base for gatherings and hosting social events after matches and to host touring sides from other regions or countries.

Sponsorship is necessary to help off-set considerable player costs and to train and compete at a high standard. Sponsorship will also help attract talented new players, fund touring, and to travel to tournaments and other rugby events.

Sponsors will get exposure in a variety of ways: from posters and banners to clothing and Internet coverage.
Levels of Sponsorship 
 Different levels of sponsorship provide companies with pre-packaged terms of commitment from the team. However for your commitment we are willing to further extend ourselves to meet your company's needs. Should your expectations of sponsorship exceed what is provided below we will work with you (or your company) on an individual basis. We would be more than happy to customize a sponsorship package to best serve your needs and desired ROI .
 Titanium 

Our highest level of sponsorship which entails the following:

 1. Entitles the sponsoring entity to prominent display on the chest of the uniform of senior team of the Berkeley Rugby Football Club worn at each game.

2. Prominent display on a limited run biannual T-shirt with an estimated distribution of 250 shirts nation wide.

3. Sponsoring Logo displayed on the sponsorship page of the main web page

4. Banner prominently displayed at the field during each game.

5. Sponsoring Logo and contact information displayed in the annual Newsletter.

6. Regional and National exposure at tournaments attended each year.

7. Team resources made available for marketing and promotional assistance per need of sponsoring entity.

 Gold 

Our second level of sponsorship offers companies great exposure at a low cost. This level includes:

 1. Prominent display on the chest of the uniform of one team of the Berkeley Rugby Football Club worn at each game.

2. Sponsoring Logo displayed on the sponsorship page of the main web page


3. Shared display on a limited run annual T-shirt with an estimated distribution of 250 shirts nation wide.

4. Team resources made available for marketing and promotional assistance per need of sponsoring entity.

Our "Middle of the Road" Sponsorship, allows great exposure at an even more reduced cost. The benefits include:

3. Display of banner at games behind team staging area.
